So let me just start off by saying, I’ve never tried Indian food before. I ordered through DoorDash and gave it a try. Let me just say AMAZING! I got the chicken tikka masala, absolutely awesome 5/5. Chicken Pakora, really good almost like chicken tenders 4/5. Paneer pakora is like a more firm cheese stick 4/5. The garlic naan was A+ 5/5. Got the desert gulab jamun, not really my style, it kind of tasted “floral”, but I can see how some can enjoy it 2.5/5.now it’s time to talk about the star of the show the drink. I ordered the mango lassi, it was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted 100/5. If you are one that is on the fence about trying Indian food, Star of India is 100% the place to go to try it!

The waitress was not a pleasant person , we kind of felt like we were putting her out . The food was good , the lamb was cooked very good . I should of asked for hot instead of medium . It didn't have hardly any heat . Also the food need more spices it was on the verge of being bland .

The lamb MELTED in my mouth. Everything had such good flavors. I ordered the food about 30 mins before the store closed and it still arrived super hot, fresh, and fast. The portions are great too! 10/10 would recommend.

10/10.... best kept secret in the area. Mon-Thurs lunch is 8.50$- for A TON OF FOOD. Friday and Saturday they have a buffet for 13$ all you can eat. Beat Indian food I've ever had.

I enjoy eating here! Great food, great price, and great service. The staff is always super kind and helpful. Vegetarian options are plentiful! The buffet is back on Fridays and Saturdays, and it is an incredible value for the options on the buffet. I pick Star of India over most other establishments at lunch because the service is quick, the price is great, and it feels like a home cooked meal!
